Amgen Teach

Amgen Teach is a programme that aims to encourage pupils to choose a science career by updating the knowledge of secondary school teachers. The programme is funded by the Amgen Foundation and is offered in 10 different countries. FCRI is the only training provider in Spain. It is co-organised with European Schoolnet, a network of Ministries of Education from different EU member states.

Teachers can update their scientific knowledge in order to introduce new methods of teaching science in schools.

The programme includes a variety of activities that can be used in the classroom, such as the use of statistical tools, chemical experiments and work proposals related to controversial topics and ethical dilemmas.
