The application must contain the following information: name and surname(s) of the user, mailing address, photocopy of the National Identity Document or passport, the reference "LOPD FCRi" and a specific description of the right exercised or consent withheld.
Users certify that they are of legal age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful. They will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data included, leaving the FCRi exempt from any responsibility in this regard.
FCRi informs the user that it has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, insofar as the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed permits, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
