The drawing contest How does a scientist look like?, coorganized by the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation, through the portal web www.recercaenaccio.cat, and the Càtedra de Cultura Científica i de Comunicació Digital of the University of Girona, intends to bring scientists closer to young people.

The ‘Espai Internet’ of TV3 dedicated a report on 23 September on the outreach project ‘Enjoy scientific tourism’ from the Recerca en Acció, a web portal of the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation.

The Foundation is working to relaunch the impact of science on society and the industrial activity of Catalan firms, which also are among the objectives of the Foundation. It is chaired by Dr. Antonio Esteve, and its membership includes La Caixa, BBVA, Endesa, Esteve, Gas Natural, Telefónica I + D or Ibercaja.
